Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2025. These terms govern the FLYTHRU service.

Monthly rolling

All plans are monthly rolling. You may cancel at any time with no notice period and no exit fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.

Your footage is yours

You own all fly-through footage of your course. If you cancel, you keep the footage. We retain a licence to display your fly-throughs in our directory and marketing only while you are an active client.

What happens if you leave

You keep your footage. The embed on your website stops working at the end of your billing month. Your course page is removed from our directory.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to attempt to reverse-engineer the rendering technology, or to resell the fly-throughs to third parties without a commercial licence.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
