Each hole is flown and rendered, then embedded on your club's own website next to your tee-booking link, so golfers can see the course before they book. FLYTHRU is made by The AI Media Centre.
Community pricing
Community pricing is for clubs owned by their members or their community. We take your word for it — we are not going to audit a golf club's accounts.
Community Fly-through
No setup fee. £29/month. All 18 holes flown and rendered, embedded on your existing website, BRS / intelligentgolf tee-sheet links.
Community + New Website
£195 setup. £59/month. Everything in Community Fly-through, plus a brand-new heritage website built for your club, hosting, domain and The Caddie chatbot.
Commercial pricing
Club
£995 setup + £99/mo. All 18 holes flown in cinematic quality, tee-sheet integration, The Caddie chatbot and a monthly results email.
Club + Web Takeover
£1,495 setup + £149/mo. Everything in Club, plus a full Web Takeover of your homepage, priority rendering and quarterly re-flight.
Championship
POA (from £4,995 setup / £299+ per month). Drone-captured footage, clubhouse mode, tee plaque QR programme and a dedicated account manager.

What does a golf club get with FLYTHRU?
A cinematic fly-through of every hole on your course, presented as an interactive hole-by-hole tour and embedded on your own website next to your tee-booking link. Depending on your plan it can also include The Caddie chatbot, a monthly results email, clubhouse screen mode and QR tee plaques.
How long does it take to get our course live?
We work in days, not months. Once your course is mapped, most clubs are live within a week. Adding it to your website is one line of script, with no rebuild and no plugins.
How are the fly-throughs filmed and made?
We build each hole from Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles, or from drone footage captured at your course on Championship plans, then render it as a smooth tee-to-green flight followed by a slow orbit of the green.
Where can we use our fly-through?
On your own club website, on the big screen in your clubhouse, on QR plaques at each tee, and in your emails and social posts. Your footage is yours to keep, even if you cancel.
How do we get a quote?

Questions, answered
Do I own my club or is it a subscription?
You own your club. We fly your course, we render the fly-throughs, and the footage is yours forever. The monthly fee covers hosting, updates and the tee-sheet integration. Stop paying and you keep the footage.
Is it monthly rolling or an annual contract?
Monthly rolling. Cancel any time. No lock-in, no exit fees. Annual plans give you two months free if you prefer to pay yearly.
How often are the fly-throughs updated?
Community and Club tiers get a re-flight when the course changes significantly — new bunkers, redesigned holes, new tee positions. Club + Web Takeover and Championship tiers get quarterly re-flights as standard.
Will it work with our tee-booking system?
Yes. We integrate with BRS Golf and intelligentgolf, the two most common tee-sheet systems in Scottish golf. Golfers watch the fly-through, then click straight through to book.
