What we collect

Contact form: your name, golf club, email address, phone number and message. Course claim form: your name, role, club email. Free web report request: club name and club email. The Caddie chatbot: the questions you ask and any club name or email you provide during the conversation. Analytics: anonymised, aggregated page views (only after you accept cookies).

Lawful basis

We process your data under the UK GDPR legitimate interests basis — to respond to your enquiry, provide the service you have asked about, and improve our website. We do not sell or share your data.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for 24 months. If you become a client, your data is held for the duration of the contract and 12 months after. Chatbot conversation logs are kept for 90 days.

Your rights
